Refund Policy

While we do our best to ensure that you have an amazing experience shopping with us, we understand that sometimes things don't quite work out the way one expects. We are fully committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your order.

We offer returns and have a 100% money back guarantee for all products that are defective, damaged during shipping or simply not as you expected (some products may have some exceptions. Please check in the section Exceptions / non-returnable items).

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@airjumppro.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

It must also be in the original packaging. As all items are handcrafted to every order, we are not able to accept returns if the item is not in a defective state.

You must print your return shipping label and include it in the package. Contact us and we will send it to you.

Once you have shipped out your product, please reach out to us by providing us with the tracking number at info@airjumppro.com.

When we have received the product, we will proceed to the refund (if applicable) of your order.
Refunds may take several days to appear on your bank account.

We do not issue refunds if your order does not arrive due to extraordinary circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster or a global pandemic).

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs and customs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of customs and return shipping will be deducted from your refund. (This does not apply to defective products. In that case it is our responsibility.)

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 

Exchanges

If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size or model, you must contact us or email info@airjumppro.com first and we will guide you through the steps.

Even so, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancellations

Cancellations are only accepted for full-priced items, within 60 minutes after an order is placed. Please if you have to cancel your order for any reason reach out to us immediately at info@airjumppro.com if you are able to cancel within the given time frame. We process orders as quickly as possible so cancellations are time sensitive.

Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so. Contact us and we will assist you promptly in resolving any issues you may have.
